Description

Mold analysis is a key indicator of the microbiological quality of dry, fermented, or plant-based products. Analysis is performed by culturing on a specific medium (e.g., DG18) with incubation. Results are given in CFU/g. Suitable matrices include powders, extracts, supplements, and food ingredients.
