This analysis is crucial for assessing the regulatory compliance of foodstuffs, plant extracts, cosmetic raw materials, and food supplements with respect to the maximum residue limits (MRLs) defined by the European Union. The analysis is performed by gas chromatography (GC-MS/MS) and/or liquid chromatography (LC-MS/MS), depending on the polarity and nature of the targeted molecules.
