Description
Field and storage mycotoxin testing is used to detect and quantify the presence of toxic fungal contaminants in raw materials and finished products. The main mycotoxins tested include deoxynivalenol (DON), zearalenone, T-2 and HT-2 toxins, aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2), and ochratoxin A.
These analyses are essential in the agri-food, nutraceutical and animal feed sectors to ensure health safety, meet regulatory requirements (EC Regulation No. 1881/2006) and protect consumers against the toxic effects of these substances (immunotoxicity, carcinogenicity, endocrine disruption). Performed by HPLC, LC-MS/MS or ELISA depending on the matrix and the thresholds to be controlled, these assays apply to cereals, seeds, flours, spices, food supplements and finished products.
At YesWeLab , we collaborate with a rigorously selected network of laboratories, most of which are certified and/or accredited (ISO 17025, COFRAC, etc.). These laboratories are chosen based on your specific needs, the matrices to be analyzed, and the analytical techniques or methods required.
If you have any specific requirements, please do not hesitate to specify them when submitting your request: our scientific team makes every effort to respond accurately and responsively.
Since 2020, many manufacturers, distributors, and design offices have trusted us to manage their analyses, entrusting us with their samples via our digital platform.
