Description

The DPRA (Direct Peptide Reactivity Assay) test assesses the potential allergenicity of an ingredient through its reactivity with peptides. The MUSST (Myeloid U937 Skin Sensitization Test) test measures the expression of sensitization biomarkers on U937 cells. Together, these in vitro tests replace animal testing for predicting skin sensitization.
