This analysis allows compliance with the QMS criterion to be checked, i.e. the maximum quantity of residual substance permitted in a finished material or object intended for food contact. Carried out by LC-MS or GC-MS after extraction or migration, it guarantees compliance with European requirements (EU Regulation No. 10/2011).
