Description
OPOs (oleic-palmitic-oleic) are specific triglycerides used in infant formulas. Measuring the C52 triglyceride content allows for verification of lipid quality. Analysis is performed by GC-FID or LC-MS. Matrices include infant formulas, fortified oils, and nutritional powders.
