Description
This dosage allows the calculation of the energy value of a food or ingredient in kilocalories (kcal) or kilojoules (kJ), based on the protein, lipid, carbohydrate, fiber and alcohol content. Method by calculation according to standard nutritional conversion factors (REG CE 1169/2011). Matrices: foods, supplements, nutritional formulations.
