Description
Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF) represents the fraction of fibers insoluble in an acid detergent (cellulose and lignin). This measurement is used to assess the quality of animal feed and the digestibility of forages. Van Soest method. Matrices: forages, animal feed, plant extracts.
