Chloropicrin is a volatile organic compound (VOC) used as a fumigant, pesticide, or soil disinfectant in agricultural and industrial applications. Also known as trichloronitromethane, it is known for its biocidal effectiveness against fungi, nematodes, insects, and weeds.
