The YES WE LAB platform (hereinafter the “Platform”) allows industrial companies in the agri-food sector to search for analysis laboratories, to benefit from consulting services from the company YES WE LAB and to digitalize the contractualization process between the company and the chosen laboratory.
The Platform is published by the company YES WE LAB (hereinafter “YES WE LAB”), a simplified joint-stock company, with a share capital of €16,988.00, registered with the Rennes Trade and Companies Register under number 889 562 203, whose registered office is located at 2 rue de la Mabilais, 35000 RENNES

Intellectual Property Rights of the Platform
Both the general structure of the Platform (graphic charter) and its content (texts, slogans, graphics, images, sounds, videos), including software, databases and newsletters are the property of the company YES WE LAB or its service providers and are protected by the applicable laws and regulations regarding intellectual property rights.
The use of all or part of the site, including downloading, reproduction, transmission, significant extraction of its content, representation or distribution, for purposes other than the user's personal use is strictly prohibited. Violation of these provisions may incur the liability of its author on the basis of the Intellectual Property Code and the Criminal Code in the event of counterfeiting, and by the Civil Code with regard to the civil liability of the Internet user.
