The YES WE LAB platform (accessible at www.yeswelab.fr) is published by the company YES WE LAB. As part of its activities, YES WE LAB processes users' personal data during their browsing or registration on the platform.

1. Presentation of the YES WE LAB company's privacy policy

When you subscribe or purchase a service on our platform, we collect data relating to your subscription or the service purchased (subscribed offer, duration of subscription, type of services ordered, billing address, etc.).

In addition to the personal data you provide to us, we may also collect your browsing data through cookies.

3. Why is your data being used?

Our customers' contact data is deleted within a maximum period of 3 years, from your last use on the platform or from our last contact with you, if you have never subscribed or ordered a service on the platform.

The cookies and trackers mentioned below are installed for a maximum period of 6 months.

7. Data transfer outside the European Union

YES WE LAB does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union. However, the platform is hosted by Bubble.io and OVH, and data may be stored on servers located outside the European Union. These transfers are carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses concluded with Bubble.io.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, limit, and object to the processing of your personal data by sending us an email.

9. The cookies and trackers we use
